Deborah Ocasio - Pastor Deb - The Apologist
As believers we are charged to be fishers of men,
but we have to equip ourselves with bait that exemplifies the ways of Christ.

The Goal
Conversational Evangelism equips believers to confidently engage skeptics, unbelievers, those wrestling with their faith, and even those who identify as atheists, not with condemnation or confrontation, but with truth, love, wisdom, and understanding.
This isn't about “clapping back” at people who challenge what we believe. It isn't about winning arguments, proving how much Scripture we know, or turning every disagreement into a theological debate.
The goal isn't to win the argument; it's to create an opportunity for the Gospel to be heard. The goal is to teach believers how to have strategic, sanctified conversations, conversations grounded in biblical truth while remaining relatable enough for real people living in the real world.
Conversations where difficult questions aren't feared, where listening matters as much as speaking, and where laughter and love can exist alongside truth.
Because sometimes evangelism doesn't begin behind a pulpit. Sometimes it begins across a kitchen table, in a workplace, over a cup of coffee, sitting beside someone on an airplane, or in an unexpected conversation with someone who simply has questions. Conversational Evangelism is about equipping believers to recognize those moments, and confidently meet people there with the Gospel.
This training is about how to communicate the truth in a way that invites conversation. No clapping back. No unnecessary debates. No Gospel gotcha moments. Just biblical truth, genuine love, meaningful conversation, and room for the Holy Spirit to bring revelation.
